Alejandro Tanco, Qualitative Director, Millward Brown Colombia
Alejandro Tanco joined Millward Brown in 2010 as Director of Qualitative Research in Colombia. Alejandro’s specialty is the understanding of a market's reality within a broad cultural context, and bringing these findings to actionable ideas for companies. His education in Anthropology, complemented with graduate studies in Systemic Thinking, allows Alejandro to generate tools and analysis systems that enable out of the box reasoning. Throughout his career, Alejandro worked at GFK, and more recently was Central America Regional Director, as the Latam expert in ethnographic methodologies. In addition, he has lectured at the GFK Barcelona SUMMIT. Alejandro has co-authored several books including Research Methodology and has been an appointed speaker at a number of universities.
